Is the plug oil fouled? (black and oily) Do you have no spark at the plug or at the plug wire cap? Change plug. Check electrical connections. If its burning oil it may need a new top end. Good luck!

You are too vague to even attempt to help.
What year?
How many hours on bike?
What color of smoke? Blue or Black?
Have good compression?
What was the last thing you did to it?
How do you know it doesn't have spark? Because it doesn't start or? Did you pull the plug - put the spark plug cap back on and turn the motor over while touching it to the head to see if there was in fact a spark? (don't shock yourself) Try this with more than one spark plug?
Electric starter does turn it over - correct?
Have you looked at your air filter?
Checked the wires at the coil to see if they are attached correctly?
Plug wet from gas?
etc etc

You obviously have a handle on it. Edited out the (when you kick it over) after "Does it have compression" for you.
Good Luck
