Expensive
Engine Needs Quality Guards...
 Maybe
Honda equipped the CRF250X with plastic engine guards
to help prevent the side covers from being scratched
by bushes and briars. What other explanation is there?
Those flimsy plastic pieces sure aren't going to protect
our engine from stumps and rocks! For that we need
something stronger, stouter, and more substantial.
But maybe you don't need the coverage and protection
offered by those massive, heavy, and more costly enduro-type
full coverage skid plates. You simply want to protect
those expensive side covers (can you say "Magnesium
is expensive"?). Well, if that's your problem, knobby
nose, you no longer have a problem, because Works
Connection offers a pair of cleverly designed and
superbly manufactured engine guards just for you.
Made from several pieces of stout, reinforced, and
welded aluminum, these engine guards are a snap to
install, and offer far more damage resistance than
those Lilly white (and equally strong) plastic pieces.
And unlike those silly plastic pieces, you won't have
to remove the left side guard just to change your
oil filter.
