bike wont start back up

Ok so i finisfhed the virginia cify grand prix about ten miles out it acted like it was running out of fueil so i hit reserve still didnt help so i cleanesd what dirt i could from air filted still nothing finally got it started was able to make it back but it was axting like it was on choke the whole time if i let off thr throttle it would want to die so i got home ckecked for spark it has plenty of that so it still wont start what do u guys think jumped time or decompressor i have kibbles in already with about 60 hrs on them

Your pilot jet is clogged, and probably your air jet and accelerator pump too.
