|
|
Any tech gurus have any suggestions?
When I hook my laptop up to my LCD TV through a standard monitor cable, my desktop shows up and I can drag most windows to the tv just not Mapsource.
The troubleshooting guide mentioned that a MS-DOS program won't work with dual monitors. Is this my problem?
Is there a way to get it to work? I just want a larger viewable area on Mapsource so it's easier to use.
Thanks! _________________ Do not send me to a heaven where there are no dogs.

| I hate using mapsource I usually take whatever I have and view it on google earth. Then edit or look at what I need too. Just for curiosity sake what gps unit do you have? I have a Colorado 400t I love it but it eats up batteries like crazy. |

I have an eTrex Legen HcX. Love it, and batteries seem to last pretty decent. _________________ Do not send me to a heaven where there are no dogs.

I know this is an old thread... did you get it to work?? Mapsource isn't MS-DOS, as it's GUI driven in Windows. It should drag like any other window. Make sure it's not set for "full-screen" _________________ Johnny J.

I never did, looking around I've been seeing that it's not possible for copyright issues or something.
Not too computer savvy, but I got everything else to drag... _________________ Do not send me to a heaven where there are no dogs.
