Using heat to bend Al is really pretty simple. You heat the part until the "tink" of a wrench tap becomes a dull "tap" and then very slow and easily apply the pressure to make the bend. It works very well on Al parts that require just a little adjustment. 7005 Al is not a problem. Slow and easy. The smaller the part of coarse the less heat it takes. If you watch close you can kind of tell when it's ready by the color / tone change of the part. But using a tapping on the part really works well.
