    Rick Ramseys jetting chart: up to 1000ft and 59-80"F
    40 pilot. Tried using a 42 but it was hard to start up (Often flooding)
    152 main
    stock jet needle 5th clip from top
    2 turns out on pilot screw
    Ap mod, I just used 2x number-4 metric o rings and set the pump screw at 2.75mm
    Air box opened out to ccc spec
    pink wire mod
    exhaust diffuser removed
    Everthing else is stock
    95-98 ron unleaded

    does not have as much bog of idle, I can be down low in third gear and just button the throttle open and instant response.(No hesitation)Im going to try a number 70 leak jet next time.The only drawback is the exhaust is a bit loud,but i can live with that. I am running 13-51 gearing because of the trails we ride, (Lots of steep hills and mountains) And im going to put the bike on the dyno and see if there have been any gains made at all.

    Michigan rider. Just opened the airbox and added JD Jet Kit. Also removed the AIS. The bike starts great, and runs great! The bike is quick!

    Runs superbly now. Nice power off the bottom although lacking in 4th or 5th gear. Gearing is 13/51 which is ideal. I might try the 270cc conversion next but right now it runs great.
