    CRF's Only Cycling Jersey

    by crfsonly » Thu Mar 03, 2011 12:26 pm

We received a suggestion from a fellow board member that we should produce CRF's Only cycling jerseys. As part of our fitness program both of us cycle. I'm curious how many other cycle as part of their fitness program and if so, who would be interested in a CRF's Only cycling jersey? We might have to put a logo tag line of "My other bike is a Honda CRF" ;)

I used to cycle, going to get back into it as soon as I can afford it due to no riding CR from injuries, gotta do something to stay in shape for when doc says I can ride again, I would probably take on for the right price

i'm right there with you. not sure what the costs would be and i'm sure it would depend on how many we made. not intending to "sell" these. just thought a group of us could go in on them if there was interest. so, it would be a cost divided by the number of people who are in.

hope you get cleared soon to ride.

well the cost and quantity is the only issue. i would have to take pre-orders and then depending on the numbers it could be $59-79 each jersey. this would actual cost of the jersey from the supplier.

here's a look at one design i put together.

    Image

looking to put a greyed out knobby tire track diagonally across the back that wraps to the lower front of the jersey. perhaps a tag line that reads "my other ride is a CRF".

Usually Saturday for 35 to 62 miles. Sunday is a recovery ride of about 20 miles.

You know how many mountain bikers we put back together in our little O.R.? The ortho guys could make a living on those guys alone.

i'm a roadie. a great low-impact form of conditioning and cross training. last thing i need is yet another way to injure myself. ;) i ride three times a week, 2 x 26 miles and 1 x 50-70 miles.
