    Facing ACL surgery

This is a must read for the intelligent person facing ACLR
I am sorry to report that it will take at least a generation or two for the local docs to get on the wagon.
I believe this paper from the American Journal of Sports Medicine is even more important than mine!

(For those folks without Master's Degrees, just read the conclusion)

    Dr Mark,
What is the differece between autograft and allograft?
My wife had her reconstruct done in 2004. Never got back full movement but is now more stable than the non reconstructed knee.

    2 turns out
    Baffle out, Screens In

It starts,it runs,it gets to where all CRFs can get to without the valve or valve plate dramas

Autografts are tendons taken from you
Allografts are tendons taken from dead people.
All of a sudden all the docs are suprized that the tendons from dead people don't perform as well.

When I wanted a new bike I went to the Ducati dealer. I didn't go to a junk yard.
