The ultimate hydration/tool pack & fuel carrier

    by dlee » Tue Feb 26, 2013 9:40 am

So, I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, which was a hydration system, tool pack. I also wanted to carry extra fuel when I went to Moab or on long rides.

So I found a local company (Wolfman luggae) who sells a nice hydration pack plus I purchased two Primus fuel bottles (1 liter of fuel each) and the holsters that attach to this back pack. The total on this was right around $245.00. Which may seem high but after crunching the numbers on what an oversized fuel tank and a descent hydration pack would cost, I decided to go this route. The only down fall on the pack was they didn't have enough pockets to carry all my tools. So I found a company named Condor who sells an insert that will fit this back pack. Worked out great, the fit was a little tight be managable. The cool thing is I was able to carry all my tools & first aid stuff. The insert did end up costing me another $40.00 bucks.

Total, around $300.00 but one of a kind

Thought I would share this if your wanting to combine everything
