If you guys have not tried one of the R&D flex fuel screws yet you need to!!! If you ride an X model and never can get into where the fuel screw is this little guy makes life as simple as adjusting your idle....! :)

    I agree!

i installed one the other day. I was impressed with the machining and also the fact that it came complete with the spring, washer and o-ring.

    Nice unit.

The air/fuel mixture screw on the bottom of the carb. Its a pain to get to.... This little bud gets the job done though!!!!

    R&D Fuel Screw

    by Lars450X » Sun Dec 14, 2008 3:09 pm

This is a simple and awesome mod, to think of the costs if the stock one falls out of just doesn't hold it's setting, its just great.

I would say it's a simple must have, since it makes adjusting so easy.

When I bought my bike the guy I bought it from didn't have the mixture screw threaded in all the way and it fell out on the road right after I bought it. Replaced it with the R & D and it's the best money you'll ever spend on your bike period.
