Ok first, you need a 30-40ft double that is pretty big (it is very intimidating-the whole thing) Make sure you are very used to your bike. Ok, say you are going to whip the bikes back end to the right. Stay to the right side of the track. Go up the face of the jump angling left when you go off the face, slide your butt to the very left edge of your seat. Muscle the bars down and to the left. Then lighten the right peg and push out your left peg. it should "whip". Then muscle your bars back to right and push your right foot hard against the right side of the bike. It takes a lot of practice, I am just starting to learn, but i almost have it. Good luck.
(P.S.- If the bike doesn't come back from the whip, expect to get new rims, handlebars, a few other parts, and you most likely WILL break a bone or bones)

The rule is: If you have to ask, then you're not ready.
But I will give you a tip. The whip technique begins before you even hit the face of the jump.
